Treasurer, please make sure that the bond language and authorization integrates with The Green Buildings Act which includes LEED and Northeast Collaborative for High Performance Schools for high level green building standards. RIGL 37-24

Ken, happy to touch base later, but the bond incorporates CHPS in a variety of ways. Namely, that RIDE update to the latest CHPS standards; it also utilizes the CHPS 4.0 definition of zero energy building
