You may not know that there is now a Motus beacon at the refuge near the visitor center. The Friends hope to support an educational exhibit in the National Wildlife Visitor Center for visitors to see and experience real-time observations of migrating birds
Hello, Monica. Yes, I got some things our of order. Sorry. Will correct it before the next presentation on Thurs. Nice to hear from you, and hope all is well with you. John
Hello, Katherine, nice to hear from you.
Not at the moment--the pole was hit by lightning temporarily disabling the unit. But a new, better tracking beacon will be reinstalled.
Excellent connection with people Tony!

Please do ask any questions that you might have for Tony and John in the Q&A box--we will take some time at the end if there are questions
Being a panelist, I can't submit Q&As but I'll contribute. For John, looking at the past and future, what does he see most exciting about BBL looking forward?
For Tony, what is the biggest challenge for the BBL today?
